Mixdown for MixamoPrivacy policy
Last updated 27 October 2026. Mixdown for Mixamo is a Chrome extension that downloads Mixamo animations and characters in bulk.
Data the extension stores
- Your export settings: format, frames per second, keyframe reduction, pose, folder name, number of parallel tabs, page range.
- A progress ledger: the name, catalog identifier, thumbnail URL and download time of each item that was downloaded or that failed.
All of this stays in Chrome's extension storage on your computer. Nothing is uploaded.
Data the extension sends
None. The extension does not send data to the developer or to third parties. It does not use analytics. Its only network requests are the preview images (GIF) it saves next to each export, fetched from Mixamo's content servers as part of the download you started.
Credentials
The extension does not read, store or transmit your Adobe or Mixamo credentials. It works inside the mixamo.com tab that you are already signed in to.
Permissions
storage: save settings and the progress ledger on your computer.downloads: name and place each export and its preview in your chosen folder under Downloads.scripting: inject the downloader into a mixamo.com tab that was open before the extension was installed.notifications: one notification when a run finishes or stops on an error.- Host access to

Delete your data
Click Clear saved progress in the popup, or remove the extension. Both delete all stored data.
